1999 - 2003

Monster.com, Europe and Canada
CareerStorm assessments were licensed to Monster in 15 countries in 9 languages. Monster is the leading global careers website, recording about 30 million unique visits in a month.



2003

IAEVG
CareerStorm took initiative to redesign the IAEVG (International Associations of Educational and Vocational Guidance) web-site. The new site was launched at the annual conference in Warsaw May 2002.



2000-2001

Career Innovation Group, Oxford, UK
CareerStorm designed an Interactive Career Zone for employees and managers of companies linked to Career Innovation Group (e.g. Cap Gemini Ernst&Young, PricewaterhouseCoopers, UBS, Marriott International and Reuters).



1999-2004

Mansikkpaikka / Strawberry Patch
Strawberry Patch is an internet-based career development service for young students ages 15-19. Available in Finnish only, this site is free of charge to all users.



1998-2000

Helsingin Sanomat, Helsinki, Finland
CareerStorm contributed a wide range of assessments, career tools and articles to the initial design of Finland's leading recruitment web-site powered by Scandinavia's biggest newspaper, Helsingin Sanomat.





1997 - 1998

University of Helsinki, Finland
Heidi led the project team that designed and implemented Finland's first interactive web-based career guidance learning environment, Apaja. Following this project, CareerStorm was founded.



1996 - 1997

Ministry of Labor, Employment Services, Helsinki, Finland
Heidi completed an extensive survey of different computer-assisted career guidance software in North America and Europe. She prepared a 96-page report, which laid the foundation for Ministry of Labor's national web-based career guidance project in Finland.
