Odeco ltd is a consulting and training company specializing in managerial & organizational development and personnel assessment. We support national and international organizations in research and development of human resources and processes.Our approach and framework is wide, focusing on resource-based and systemic orientation.

Odeco was founded 1984 in Jyväskylä, Finland. Today the company employs 15 consultants and trainers in its offices in Helsinki and Jyväskylä. Since 2007 also executive consulting has been part of Odeco's services. Odeco's Executive consulting concentrates on the development of business utilising the potential of information technology. Our services on this area cover development of new business models and services, strategy development and preliminary reports, development of processes and support for purchasing IT.

The mission of Odeco is to help every customer to develop. We know information technology, we are experts in business and strategy planning but first of all we know the true dynamic force of organisations - people and communication. Our work is supported by research and we publish books, too. Co-operation with universities is important for us also for the sake of continuously developing our own competence.

Our clients represent industries, services, finance and information technology as well as public organisations. Our partners include HSE Executive Education, Department of Psychology at the University of Jyväskylä, Finland and Kensington Consultation Centre.
